Heck, even middle aged people in office environments love goofy stuff like this. You get "meet a goal and pie your manager in the face" promos, office chair races, all kinds of crap.

And these "grown men" (many of whom are just in their early to mid-20s) still play a game for a living. They constantly joke around, trash talk each other, brag about their colleges beating a teammate's college, etc.

I have no doubt that Rhule will be serious when he needs to be, but there's something to be said for keeping things light.
