Agree that could make things interesting.  An internal hire like McGuire or Snow could wanna keep some guys.

Brady making the offensive hires makes the Baylor connections less valuable also.

Something is hanging up the process. The only thing that makes sense is that Snow is second guessing moving here, or he is up for the HC job. It’s one of the two.

To be fair, I didn't think Brady was the most likely OC choice, but then I don't have access to who has who for an agent

The news that not only is Brady the guy but that he gets to pick his offensive assistants has really scrambled expectations on that side of the ball.

Don’t see Luke coming back this year but maybe next. I think he’s got the chops to be a HC years down the road.

When I've seen this title in other places, it's varied. Sometimes it's just a glorified title for a linebacker coach, but other times it's someone who workd with all three levels of the defense on defending the run.

Person and Rodrigue are right about something new being desperately needed there.
