Person: Trading up for Burrow is an option for the Panthers

Keep those clausen sized hands off of the panthers.

Was it his tiny, baby hands that made him a QB, or the fact that he looked like the QB from the kid from the Little Giants screaming "blow the whistle, blow the whistle" the moment any defender got within 5 to 10 feet of him?

Worst decision for a rebuilding team. Why give up a bunch of assets when there is still a lot of holes. Might finally tune out the Panthers for a while if they did this and I watched every game of the Jimmy Clausen season

I’m with you on this one. I was also here for Chris Weinke

a person can take only so much incompetence and pay for it

Love is extremely overrated and will still not be the third one picked.  He is not Mahomes that is pretty laughable.  He was flat out bad last year.

I seriously think a move up for Herbert is a real possibility.  Better get used to it.

If they move up for the second coming of Blaine Gabbert,  I’m out

Funny because I actually became a Panther fan during the Weinke days. I was 8 and in awe of the black and blue uniforms

I am not wanting them to do that but if they did I’d have to get behind the guy.  He has a lot of tools and if he works really hard and wants to be good he will be.

And how did that workout between 2011-2017?

uh are you serious

really well, the panthers had four playoff appearances, three division titles and a super bowl appearance with a mediocre coaching staff and a cheap GM who refused to embrace free agency as the League worked on the current suoer bowl formula of

-draft franchise QB at any cost

- sign free agents elsewhere

Profit

Gee that worked out for the Browns so well this year.

To be fair we did coast to a Super Bowl with an MVP franchise quarterback and Ted Ginn Jr.

Sometimes you get lucky, but you can't be in the position to get lucky without the centerpiece behind....center.
