I would not put it past Tepper next year or the following. This year highly doubtful.

I grant it's possible, but it sours the relationship.

Rhule is very big on control. Getting overridden by the owner definitely wouldn't sit well with him.

I seriously doubt that's going to happen.

Rhule has stated that he doesn't believe in firing assistants, but even if not it might be hard to imagine.

If I remember correctly, Rhule has said that he's never been a head coach without Phil Snow as his DC. He very strongly believes in him.

I'm not sure you'll see him part ways with Snow unless he's absolutely ordered to do so.

If the Defense continues to perform at this level, he won't have much of a choice. I believe he'll get a pass this season due to the lack of talent and offseason but they definitely need to address those schemes.

I am really down on our defense but TBH Snow is currently the least of our issues. We have a serious personnel problem right now and the fact that the defense is able to get stops to put us in position to win only for our offense to fall flat on its face is a win in my book.

We have several issues.  The defense is bad, but like you said, my issue has been they actually got the stops that matter late in games the last 3 weeks, and Brady and Teddy blew it.  Looking big picture, it feels like we're so close but so far away.  We really should be 6-2 right now, possibly even 8-0.

Yeah. We have been in position literally every week and that’s what is so frustrating.

Take a look at our personnel

Personnel is not an excuse for not being able to force a punt in 2 games. Who honestly has ever been that bad?  That doesn't happen if the offense doesn't know exactly what you are gonna do. 3rd and 15 looks like 3rd and 2 against us.

Donte and Boston are soft and suck. Whitehead is trash...there is no talent there and yet again we held them to 25 points and even had takeaway...the offense scores 17 points...we have much more talent there and a good OC...lots of people on here are clueless as hell...changing DC will do nothing and it isn't going to happen anyway like Scot said you just show your lack of overall football knowledge just talking about history and not even X's and O's.

If this defense had Luke and Bradberry that alone would change everything but we still don't have our former all pro DT doing anything, no other DE and Boston is basically like playing with 10 players on the field.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
