lol he would have audibled out of a play that had moore wide fuging open

That is absolutely some of the dumbest poo I've heard all year.  He is so risk averse he doesn't even realize what he's saying.  You literally had a wide open TD and YOU blew it, so you blame it on the call coming in late and then say if you could go back in time you would've just audibled to a run instead of throwing a pass worth a fuging poo?

This guy just doesn't get it.

Yep. That is some Rivera level lack of self awareness. His ass needs to be benched and never throw another football in a Panther uniform

that's exactly what it is. makes me wonder if things are coming apart at the seams for a couple of these guys, whether it's teddy or joe brady

Interesting, because Rhule wouldn't pin anything on Teddy during his presser despite there being ample opportunity.  Hopefully they'll take the opportunity of his late game stinger to bench him the rest of the year and let the chips fall where they may.

    • Yes, he's a tier above them, but you also touched on the money side of it.  With T-Mac locked in as our #1 on a rookie contract for a few more years, I'd much rather use that money that would be needed for DJ on our defense and develop Coker into our #2.   Especially given his contract situation as an UDFA, as his contract is up at the end of this year but we can keep him around for a 3rd team controlled year on the real cheap.  Which means we probably could get him to sign a very reasonable extension this offseason to give him a little more money while giving us a bargain contract for what he provides. DJ's contract is north of $20 million for the next 5 years, why pay that for your #2 WR with the needs we have on defense and you have guys like Coker, XL, and Horn on rookie contracts who very well could combine to be a serviceable 2-4 WRs behind a stud in T-mac? I love DJ and he'd be a great fit on this team as our #2, but the money side of it just makes absolutely zero sense, that's all it comes down to for me on this one. And no, I don't see the Bears wanting XL back in that trade, because they drafted Burden, who is essentially a better version of what XL provides, a player you want to get the ball into their hands and let them go to work.
    • I didnt see that many bad calls in the panthers cowboys game, but the chiefs especially in the playoffs were getting every single call they could get then the refs when it didnt matter would throw a call towards the other teams.  That I believe was the taylor swift effect.   But its crazy just thinking about how easy it is to change a game.  You dont need but a single ref to make a few close calls go towards one team over the other and in the nfl that is the game.
    • I don't think it's unrealistically blaming Bryce Young......to say has been a reason, sometimes a big one, in why our pass offense overall has been extremely week over the past 3 collective seasons.  I think that bothering anyone, is just being overly invested in some Bryce Young argument.  It's just a reality.
