Watson to Fins/Phins trade speculation.

If these are the reasons that Deshaun Watson wants out of Houston, I don't blame him one bit. As a matter of fact, I respect the kid even more. 

It looks like he's going to play hardball and flex a little muscle! The Miami Dolphins may be in that equation!

Still don't think he gets traded, but if it were going to happen you'd need something that the Texans were willing to accept.

At the end of the day, I don't know if it would mean anything to us as the draft implications my just stay the same, but it may make either less likely to trade down and strengthen their respective O-lines or receiving corps!

Just to speculate, I'd say it would depend on how Houston views Tua.  If Houston thinks that Tua is a franchise guy - with no doubts - then I suspect you could make that deal by swapping Tua and Watson, with Miami also throwing in one of their first rounders this year.  Salary cap swap would be good for Houston (who are currently 20 million over), and Miami wouldn't struggle with it much either.

They could probably do worse than Tua. He's still learning, but definitely has major upside in my opinion.

a young and talented team

no state income tax

only have the Bills as a threat to the division

plenty of draft capital

tons of cap space

he’d instantly be the best QB they had since Marino

That's a big question mark to me.  In watching Tua this year, he just didn't look like he had the velocity for the big boy NFL throws and his mechanics looked awkward.  He looks a lot like a left handed Mac Jones to be honest.  Watch their tape back to back sometime.  It's a little eerie.
