Have you watched any of the Tarheel games?   He's as good as advertised.  Trubisky was a one year starter.  Howell will have 3 years under his belt.

Many scratched their heads when he went to the Bears.   Howell, barring a total collapse in 2021. will be the #1 pick.

Def in the crowd for not reaching for a qb, especially if it’s the 3rd qb off the board and we lose a 1st in the process. 

we are sol unless we have a goat tier draft, limited cap to fill holes in fa and only a couple linemen under contract. 

Hoping we go bpa that fills a need in the first and pick up a qb in the second, or trade back and just grab the best qb on the board at the time. 

I’m not hopeful after watching this staff believe they could turn teddy into anything more than Kyle Allen jr

Call me absolutely crazy but I don't completely hate the idea of adding Smith, trying to trade Teddy and signing Winston. At least he isn't afraid to take chances. And maybe sitting and learning from Brees for a year helped. I know it didn't help for Teddy but maybe.
