Clemson can only play the ACC schedule they are given regardless if the rest of the conference sucks.  I tell people (I live in the heart of Clemson country) it's like 10 tune-up games for the Bowl Series run.  Should their players have an asterisks by their credentials too?

I'm sorry.

Don't get me wrong, Lance definitely has some intriguing tools. But let's be honest, imagine Justin Fields playing against Lance's competition level with Lance's surrounding case. NDSU is basically the Alabama of D1-AA. It would've looked like a video game.

Put Lance on OSU, and the video game would've been just as interesting. Perhaps even moreso.

Except most due play, name the last time a team outside the top 10 in recruiting won a national championship.

Theirs a reason a bust just threw for 50 TD on that same team, and the QB before that who wasn’t even drafted had over 40 TD. But Lance in OSU he probably puts up around 50 TD

Take Fields off of OSU and replace him with Lance and OSU likely doesn’t have a football season this past year. Fields was the face of that. Put Fields on NDSU and they might actually let the QB throw the ball.

Playing semantics now lol. NDSU track record for QBs is better than OSU lol

This is a stupid argument. You don’t punish Justin Herbert because he went to a school full of QB busts.

Do I assume Lance is likely to be a franchise killer like Wentz turned out or a NFL backup for a few years like Stick?

Cam won an MVP and went to a super bowl but Florida and Auburn have produced trash at QB outside of him.

A schools “track record” is an ultra lazy way of poorly evaluating a prospect. It’s basically acknowledging you are making things up now.

Fields second pro day comes first. Both he and Lance are basically trying to sell themselves to Shanahan.

Last I saw, only the 49ers and Patriots confirmed attending (doesn't necessarily mean we won't be there, though).

Hadn't seen anything on who'll be coming to watch Lance other than Lynch and Shanny.

Oh and using the “they won’t have a season he’s a great leader” card is a smart argument lol.

And explain to me how Wentz is a franchise killer.

Funny thing is your the one who brought up the schools they play for as if Ohio State doesn’t have a giant advantage over every school in the big 10.

If you are going to quote me, quote me properly and don’t make up things for me to say. That’s trash tier posting. You’re above that.

NDSU has a bigger advantage then them. They’ve been the national champ year in and year out even more than Bama.

And your argument was absolutely silly, as others have pointed out as well. And yes, Justin Fields absolutely played against the toughest competition out of any of these QBs. You don’t have to like reading it for it to be true.

That’s exactly what your implying

NDSU does have a big advantage.

Almost as big as Ohio State QBs playing against big 10 schools which I already provided the links for it.

Where does this article say this is a bigger gap between NDSU and the other schools they play?

    • Not in same league. Caldwell just hit a 10.00 on the RAS. 2nd out of 3830 from 1987 onward.  https://x.com/MathBomb/status/2027885023387349047 Yeah I mean Louis had a sub 9.00 RAS. Still very very good, no doubt. Louis is small, no 2 ways about it. He is likely a sub package lb in nickel packages or specialized WLB. Be fine ST gunner to start for sure. 6 foot flat and 220lb is pushing it for a starting LB. At 10 to 20lbs less than the other LBs he'd better be closer to the top in most timed drills. He's gonna be challenged when some of the wrs in the class can matchup bigger stronger faster, much less TE in the run game.  Yeah instinct matter and he has them, but that size is a massive red flag compared to many of the other LBS in this class.    Rodriguez is the LB that really climbed this week from a pure grit guy to great flash with athleticism people wrote off cause he was a QB at first at UVA. 18.4mph in the backpedal. Production the last 2 years were great. I'd be thrilled with him as the future mike.   Hill likely moved out of 51 and into the top 45 picks ( Ravens at 45 I can't imagine don't bite if he makes it there). Honestly Hill imo is a 1st rounder and I'd be ok with him as he fits the MLB we have missed the last few years. People would crow it's a reach but he's top 30 all-time I'm RAS for a LB at 9.9+ . Plus he was big time in big games when he was healthy. And that br a big check: meds.
    • Miller, Melo, Coby, Moose, and Bridges all on the floor at the same time must be a nightmare for defenses lol. Switch one out for Kon and still a nightmare. Coby really does bring a true 6th man value and looks like he could start if Melo was out after only a few games of getting his feet wet.
    • Well I guess he should stop playing football. This was his defining moment and chance to prove he was generational and he failed. What a waste of football life..
