The Falcons have clearly indicated they will "listen" to offers but they have no obligation to trade him.

Julio is definitely has a better chance of moving vs. Deshaun/Rodgers/Rivers but all these whiners who trying to invoke a non-existent "my feelings are hurt" contractual out-clause are bunch of p*****s...

...it will be interesting to see how NFL owners react.
