Team designed around CMC. Can’t wi. Without him

Yes this is true. It was a gamble. We would likely be 5-1 with CMC. Other than being elite, he masks the O line weaknesses,  forces defenses to limit blitzes.

He got hurt. Maybe he'll never play a full season again. Lost the bet. New plan next season.

For real someone explain the part where this offense is designed around anything or anyone...

Which picks, which moves, what? This offense is willy nilly no matter who is in. CMCs plays have been similar to Cams it's not designed or built around its "save me jeebus" and that's it.

Well I’m sure this post will not go over well

but as a friend of mine said, the   offense is designed around CMC and without him, they can’t win

Sadly, he is right

they won’t win until he returns

They lean on CMC not designed , if so this is a poo design

They basically had a whole season without him and still don't know what to do. Hubbard is basically at the same yards per rush attempt as CMC yet we only ran 16 times today? Pretty sure 10 more rushes would have equaled at least 1 or 2 more field goals at minimum. Def on that horrible drive at the end of the 2nd I believe it was. It all kinda blurred together today

Running against the Vikes is not the same as running on the Saints. Let’s see what Hubbard does if goes up against the Bucs D.We want to get away from giving the same back 25 rushes or 30 touches a game so why should we do that with Hubbard

No one has laid out any designs or builds....it doesn't exist.

Agree with you 100 percent. They new what they had in CMC in 2017 yet no investment in top o line or QB. They wanted CMC to sell tickets because Rhule is Defense minded coach and wanted to start that rebuild first. That’s why I was hoping we would have landed a more offense minded coach .

Right it has been said but not even a remote shred of evidence that this offense is designed or built for any damn thing never mind a specific person.

1...literally one shred of evidence from OP or his friend or whoever else....simply overworking CMC isn't an offensive design or a build.

He averaged 4 yards a carry today with no signs of slowing down. Insert whatever RB name you want but the running game was working better than the passing game so why abandon the run? Even the Vikings youtubers were saying run on them to beat them on PNP

    • Not sure who said it first, but Tepper is the correct answer. Still, I'm gonna go with Kasay keeping it inbounds. If, you subscribe to the butterfly effect version of time travel consequences.... When we win SBXXXVIII everybody's lives change: Moose never breaks his leg, We win it all again in 05. Tommy Jone is unknown and Peppers stays home, Champs once more 2008. No artificial pig heart turning JR into a creepy weirdo, no lockout, no Clausen. Fox and Jake ride off into the sunset on their own terms. No 2-14, no #1 pick. But, no laptop, no Blinn, 3 years behind The Golden Calf of Bristol, we still get Cam. JR let's him grow his locs like he always wanted, Smitty sees Cam in a new light. Dreads swinging, (and Smitty with his 3 Lombardis behind him) Cam is old enough to get those calls. No Manning narrative, Cotchery TD, PI against Talib on Philly Brown, 10,000 RTP calls and Kony Ealy SB50 MVP. No Jeans Fridays, no Tepper. KB doesn't slip on his own meatsweat mid-route in SD, Cam becomes the 1st QB to win 10 straight SBs. Retiring after being elected 47th president of the US of A, Cam ushers in the Permanent Proletarian Revolution across the globe, Xi Jinping bows in awe. "ẄøŘƙƐṛ§ őF ŧĤə ŵØRłð, ŮŊÏŦƐ!!!"
    • Yeah your right the owner was copping hand shandies while all this was going down
    • I mean not surprised the Patriots took him in and aren't trying to push him out. They've been the most morally bankrupt team in the NFL for a long while. Wouldn't be surprised if Vrabel has his own dirt on Kraft/Brady and other assholes from that organization over the last couple decades.
