lol at folks who think Rhule is on a hot seat. Year 2 of a rebuild. lol

No one is saying that he’s on the hot seat but at the same time he is in on the hot seat. Just look at the man now compare to being at Baylor. Rhule cannot handle the NFL. It is too big for him. Rhule has aged and you can see the fatigue from him already. He is leaving back to college.

Not For Long (NFL)

Everyone doesn’t get 2 or 3 or 4 years.   If the season continues at it’s current pace….it would be impossible for it not be hot.

3 wins and a shitshow isn’t the where year 2 of this rebuild is suppose to be.   Year isn’t over yet.  But he most defiantly has to change the current trajectory.

Just because you want it to be so. Does not make it so. Tepper put out a letter telling folks to have patience. But yeah, the Huddle is short on patience.

So if the current trajectory continues and we win 3 games…you say his seat wouldn’t be hot?   That’s a question.

Follow up question as well.  Does Brady get fired in that scenario?  And would be on offensive rebuild one or two at that point?

You can try and quantify it all you want. Rhule ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

I am not getting into the Brady thing. Too many variables.

I don't do worst cases scenarios.

I’ll take that as a yes if you won’t answer.   If the current trajectory continues and we win 3 games….Rhule will be on the hot seat.  That’s the NFL.

I think if he doesn’t win 5 it gets pretty warm.   Seat gets warmer too if he has start firing his staff.

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
