Doug Pederson is the current odds on favorite to get the job. But I'm leaning towards former Jags QB Byron Leftwich, who has a stellar resume as OC (thanks to Tommy Brady). Maybe it'll also help the Panthers with their division rival losing their great OC.

Yaaay!

Let's emulate the Jacksonville Jaguars!!

We already did.

Hired an underqualified college coach to do a pro job, same as them.

Yeah, we did it first, but the results are the same and we've let It go on longer.

They've won 2 games and look terrible, but whatever - this board has gone off the deep end.

Hey good to see you back at full-strength and rip-roaring ahead...the Steph Curry of this board, setting records that will never even be approached much less broken 💥🙌🏆

I have a feeling Tepper is waiting until the season is over.

Well that’s dumb when u get an extra two weeks now to start looking at candidates but Tepper is dumb and has no balls so I believe it. Let’s give all these other teams headstarts, but it doesn’t matter we ain’t firing Rhule anyway. Let’s just save our breath and time.

    • We're definitely not going to get the benefit of the whistle anytime soon. Teams have certainly been getting more physical with us since that first Pistons loss. We responded with many upcoming wins by playing very physical basketball ourselves. That's what it's going to take. If it means some fouls along the way so be it but the team has to set the tone. But either way we need more offense closer to the rim. We're right there with GS for most 3PA. And the Warriors are also backing their way into a play in game. We shouldn't be wanting to emulate that.
    • Honestly this feels like a coaching problem. They have a certain "type" with "flaws" that they believe can be coached, the issue is mingo, XL, and others have not took to this "coaching". I thought the one group panthers would excel in would be WR, given Dave, brad, and Moore backgrounds( WR coach was a solid NFL WR). Just a wealth of WR coaching, but........ I also feel BYs confidence in XL is one of the main issue, its their relationship. I think BY trust the following- tremble, Tmac, Coker and that's all(maybe new Metchie) . There was a vid and XL and BY were repping together. I do feel if you put XL with about any of the top QB, you'd see some good numbers at times and you'd see a NFL WR.
    • It's cooled off because teams are coming out and pressing them and fouling them 35ft out, the backup Knicks are holding jerseys and getting away with it and that's been a repeating theme over the last few weeks.    Teams are coming out and applying pressure closer to halfcourt, playing tough physical defense, grabbing jerseys and the like to get them out of rhythm and it's been effective.
