The Panthers have been in the league 27 seasons? We have had one legitimate LT in our entire existence. If Cross is there, you take him. Jake friggin Delhomme took us to the Super Bowl, he had a roided up o-line but a good o-line makes a decent QB into a great QB. Not extraordinary, just great

That said, we certainly could opt for a QB. The thing there is if we pick Willis it still won't help us much this year at QB, so we'd still be in the market for a veteran QB or stuck with Darnold.

Can you even imagine how the fan base will be clamoring for Willis if Darnold is the starter to begin the year? My lord.
