Not me. This is minor league team bad. This is what poverty franchise fans do. They say, well at least we got something when we literally lost value from an easy win situation.

I don't disagree regarding the trade. I also don't think Mitch is the wizard some people have made him out to be the last few years. I actually tried to temper some of those expectations months back when he was being unanimously praised right before the extension. He's already worn out his welcome with the Lakers and he's going to be a dinosaur in a couple more years. Bad timing to have a talent like LaMelo waiting to become a competive team. I just watched his press conference and Mitch's reasoning for not just using both picks is asinine at best considering we got peanuts. Like I said. Dinosaur 🦕

Ok, I get it, Kai Jones and Duren may be too similar. Williams comes in at 7'2" so he can play him at C and Kai at PF or C. That MAY be the rational.

Still an awful trade. Draft the best shooter in the draft in Griffin or trade for multiple 1sts in the future or to dump Hayward’s contract. Like I said, I can understand preferring Williams but I can’t understand the trade at all.

So we dont want too many rookies so we trade a great pick for a bunch of seconds. Then we trade some of those seconds for the #40 pick. So instead of having a number #13 and #15 we have a #15 abd #40. Anyone wanna tell Kupcheck that it works out the same and he looks like a dumbass?

    • LaMelo to Brooklyn for Nic Claxton, Drake Powell, and a pick.  Who says no?
    • Appreciate you, brother!  I know it was lengthy, but I felt whoever actually read it would appreciate it.
    • Damn good take, brother.  I think I take that poo personally because (sidebar: I don’t like to use narcissist often because social media has made it a buzzword and diluted the meaning, so when I use it, I don’t take it lightly) I grew up in a home with a raging narcissist, then married a narcissist and just came out of a divorce after a 20 year marriage with her, where afterwards she met and married another narcissist.🤣  And in my dealings with them, over my 41 years on this earth, at times I took great delight in breaking down their arguments point by point and forcing them to either acknowledge their wrongs and take ownership of them or watch them yammer and stammer away when they ran out of lies and excuses.  At various points, that was extremely satisfying, but ultimately, which I’ve realized especially after the last 3 years and going through the divorce and everything, it does NOTHING to them.  It doesn’t affect them one way or another.  For a logical, reasonable, grounded person, you would think calling them in their poo will bring it to their attention when they’re face when nothing but facts and truth and force them to change, but nope.  Not in the slightest.  They just disassociate from the ones who do that and find more people who will validate their behaviors and thinking.  poo pisses me off because they’re so destructive and couldn’t care less so long as their needs are met.
