Anything less than a Super Bowl from McCarthy this year, I won't be surprised if he gets it.

Why would he want to even come here unless Tepper paid him more than anyone ever? He'd be the best coach we've ever had while coaching the team ... but it's not even a discussion. Miami, San Diego, the "most famous" NFL team ever ... or Charlotte, lol.
