I've said before that David Tepper is aware of how people see him.

Looks like Matt Rhule is too.

I just imagined Rhule obliviously going online before camp to pull some ‘board material’ and being like ‘Holy $h!t’!

I don't think a lot of this is very collaborative at all. I think Rhule largely dictates the personnel but the game planning is handled by his coordinators.

We obviously don't know the full picture but he seems to like to micromanage elements of practice with his stupid college BS. Then you have the season where he seemed to like to throw the previous OC under the bus about playcalling, something he literally could have taken over at any point.

Aaaaaaand the offense was exactly the same when Brady was gone, proving he made Brady run his bullsh*t offense in the first place. Aaaaaaaaand he yet again threw somebody under the bus in an interview instead of taking personal responsibility as a leader should do.

It's your fault Matt. The bungling on the offensive side of the ball was YOU. The defense? That's Phil Snow. Take responsibility.

Even our rookie Young Lion, Golden Boy said any short comings lie within himself and are for him to correct. Immature Rhule blames others.

A young lion needs to learn how to hunt.  Apparently, one of the older lions in the pride is trying to show the young lion how to hunt.  But the problem is the dominant lion will not allow him to hunt because the dominant lion in this pride is a vegan.

The lions in other prides also think the dominant lion in this pride is a moron, but they are not going to say anything because it improves their hunting once hunting season commences.  Why question an easy meal?

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
