Yeah strawman defense.. Doesn't work when 1 party in the conversation is making up poo..

But I forgot who I was talking to..

Moving on..

You literally ignored everything I said to fixate on one thing. Didn't have an answer for anything, so you had to resort to straw man. Standard fare for you.

Well, to keep Corral, even on IR, he has to be on the final 53.  So my guess is that it will be Corral, Darnold and Mayfield, with PJ on the practice squad (if he can be on the PS).  And then Corral goes to IR, and PJ gets called up if needed.

How can one post something so wrong so confidently?

I doubt this injury.  I think it is a move by Rhule to save PJ from being cut.  For whatever reason Rhule did not want Corral to see action this year.  It showed in his treatment of Corral from the get go.

If we end up in the top of the draft we will draft another QB and have wasted a 3rd round pick for Corral.

Rhule has turned this franchise into a freaking circus.

The guy hobbled off the field…

Apparently if they're late-round OL, it means it's the QB's fault

It's definitely the Olines fault on a basic level because they let the pressure through that resulted in injury, but ultimately this poo just happens in football.

It doesn't matter if he was behind the full regiment of starters and gets sacked sacked in a real game, that poo just happens. I don't know why y'all are so fuging adamant about wanting to make it someone's fault over another besides the fact that it's just y'all's personal agenda.

Chris Simms had his spleen ruptured by Jenkins while playing against the Panthers. Was that his coaches fault too?

What exactly is your point here?

That Corral got injured and that sucks but he was going to play behind depth oline in the preseason no matter what and even if he was QB1 he's going to take hits and be exposed to potential injury. This "it's Rhule's fault because he didn't wrap him in bubble wrap and have all world lineman in front of him every play" is just stupid bullshit.

340 more passing attempts. They arent at all far off from each other overall as players though. Some of ya'll like to prop up certain players versus others for some reason. I'm equal opportunity in my criticism. They both suck as starters or backups. Nuff said.

    • So to suggest that our offensive weapons might not be as horrible as being claimed if we were to have Josh Allen throwing to them instead of Bryce is a stretch? Maybe they would be better, maybe not. But I'm not going to keep saying we need more weapons and more this and more that with a QB that struggles to get 200 yards passing in a game.  You're right, our receiving corp was ranked in the bottom 3rd of the league. Who was throwing to them? A bottom 3rd QB.  If the team wants to get better it has to be serious about the QB position. We aren't and no amount of adding weapons is going to solve the fact Bryce is a bottom tier QB or that the most serious camp competition he has ever faced was Andy Dalton.  If Carolina fans were watching any other franchise entrench themselves so vehemently around this level of QB production, we'd be laughing like he'll and waiting for our chance to play them twice a year.
    • I’ll also say agin, this is why I think we’re in a great spot this year to trade down, and maybe meeting with all these WRs is a smokescreen to try and make a WR needy team over trade to get our pick so we don’t take the guy they want. While at the same time, if Downs falls outside the Top 10, I’d be comfortable with darn near any trade involving our 2027 1st, to move up and get him.  He’s going to be one of th best Safeties in the game for years to come.
    • Teams we are better than in regards to the wr room without a doubt and there are other teams you could easily debate Ravens Pats bills miami pats jets ravens  browns jags (debatable for sure) titans Chiefs Raiders Giants (debatable) Saints  Skins
