And why is she backpedaling?

Because there's been a whole big sh-tstorm about it.

She certainly didn't make it up. Any suggestion of that would actually be pretty dumb.

She did, however, take something that was meant to be private and make it public. That's the reason for the backlash.

I can.... specifically if the team told him they didn't want that kind of thing out there.

Rhule didn’t seemed too concerned about it. With all the smart phones out there I’d be more worried it was recorded and we just openly lied about it than him actually saying it.

I don't care about his BS with the reporter or the drama, it's just more of the same. It is the fact you stated he backs it up and I gave 2 examples of him not backing it up as FACTS. That part. He is a trash talker and most do not back up their talk all the time, in the past there have been times he has not indeed backed it up.

Okay...I see. You're taking my claim that when Mayfield makes a statement and "owns ' it and backs it up, to mean, that he wins every game that he trash talks. What was meant, was that he backs up what he says....does not weasel out of it by denying saying it. Whew....I'm exhausted.

Backpedaling doesn't help any of that, It makes it worse.  So what you're saying is that she's not smart enough to see that.

Disregarding her attempts at clarification when they are in agreement with Baker's statements on the matter is "actually pretty dumb."

well we are starting 0-1....

Ehhh, I'm 50/50 on that. I don't know what to expect from this year's team so I'm going to hold off on any predictions and just hope for the very best. I think whatever Baker said was blown somewhat out of proportion or it may not have been who knows. Either way I just want him to perform well and want to see some decent QB play again. I don't feel like I have seen decent consistent QB play since before Cam was hurt. I'm so tired of seeing QB play like Teddy never taking chances and throwing the ball 3 yards on a 3rd and 7 or Sam throwing interceptions that make me scratch my head or PJ running around the the backfield and throwing the ball to wherever and doing whatever the heck he had done in his limited opportunities that were exciting but at the same time not good QB play either.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
