The defense can carry the team if this offense can do anything...

i mean no win is easy in the NFL.  But yeah, there are easier opponents and harder opponents.

we would be an easier opponent than the Buffalo Billls.  If the 31 teams could pick who they wanted to play.  They are picking the Panthers over the Bills. We are the easier opponent.

And yet the Bills could only manage 19 points against a very mediocre Dolphins defense.... any given Sunday as bad as were two long FGs are all that stand between 1-2 and 3-0.. we won't be 0-17 and there is a chance however small that the offense gets its poo together...

I mean the defense isn’t going to get a broke back Winston every week.

this isn’t a defense that can carry a weak offense to wins.  It certainly can’t carry a 2022 McAdoo Panther offense to many wins.

we are 1-2 this far through the easy part of the schedule.  We weren’t going 0-17.  But this isn’t a team that is going to win much.

Always excuses for the other team when we win.. But no words when a team get red help and a 60 yard fg..

What's the difference in a broke back Jamie's and regular Jamies?? Look like the same old Jamie's to me...

You need a source to see that? Maybe I don't know. Just watch them!

How are the Saints rebuilding?? They dam near did their Salary Cap magic to keep the same team they had last year.. With better weapons.. But again let's not give our team credit for nothing...

They went out and signed matheiu, Jarvis Landry, Marcus maye and Sorensen this off-season and then traded future first rounders to get an OL and a WR this draft. That is not the moves of a rebuilding franchise. They are attempting to compete this year.

    • Seriously? You think we might have 4 or even 5 starters the next couple years from last year’s draft? Wallace and Legette were starters because of injuries and no good depth. We’ve already resigned Thielen and drafted TMac. I’d be shocked if Legette isn’t WR4 (snap/target/production wise) behind those two and Coker. I’m not Sure if Wallace will stay a starter with Rozeboom. Smith-Wade might be the likeliest starter for now because we didn’t draft a CB. We’ll see if he sticks. Sanders may also start but the starting TE is like being the tallest midget. We’ve had about 500ish receiving yards from TEs each of the past 3 years whether it was Thomas/Tremble or Tremble/Hurst or Tremble/Sanders. Honestly, if Evans can stay healthy, the fact that he can actually block (unlike Thomas who sucked but was called a blocking TE) and catch could make him the best starter we have at TE. Also, Brooks missing two of four rookie contract seasons and caused us to draft Etienne in the 4th and sign Dowdle. Sorry man, you’re smoking some serious hopium trying to justify last year’s draft as if it was good. We are one of the worst talented teams in the NFL over the past 7 seasons and sometimes that means that we get a lot of rookie contributors but it doesn’t mean it was a good draft. Until the rookies are actually above average starters it’s like going from Thomas to Tremble to Sanders to Evans. There’s no impact to our win total until one of them actually is more than just a starter because we have to play someone. One last nugget, we won’t be a playoff team if 25% of our starters are from the 2024 draft.
    • At the end of the day his momma should’ve just named him better.  This is some weird sh*t “please everybody please call him this, he asked super nicely”
    • Sure looked that way. That draft room looked like a funeral when the pick was announced and they'd already taken a QB two rounds earlier. Did not seem like a decision made by the folks in that room. Said it during the draft.
