Just get Ken Dorsey and call it a day. Daboll goin crazy and all these other owners jumped on everything from the Rams and now they are bone dry. I wouldnt mind Demarco Ryans either but we need offensive help.

Maybe he's evolved, but I didn't think Dorsey was particularly effective with Cam.  Cam never fixed any of his bad habits with Dorsey as his QB coach.

The trick is determining which of the good young coaches are the real deal, long term capable guys and which are just the flavor of the month.

Once upon a time, Rhule was that hot candidate.

LaCanfora has sources, but his biggest issue has long been that he too often mixes his own speculation in with what he's heard.

Thats pretty obviously all on Cam at this point... its no secret Cam does/did things his own way.

Truth. A hard truth, but true just the same.

Dorsey had to learn how to minimize those faults and then maximize the immense number of talents Cam had. It worked beautifully for a while, but neither the plan, nor the man, could withstand it over time.

Poorly worded by Dave.  I am not a fan of Tepper, but if Wilks does a crappy job, why would he be considered?  Just to satisfy the Rooney rule?  Isn't that what Wilks suit is really about?  He should have worded inthe affirmative such as: 'if Steve Wilks does an outstanding job in the interim, he would ABSOLUTELY be considered for the full time position.'  Says the same thing, but sounds much better.
