Fitt for sure isn't immune from blame, but it seems like a move pushed by rhule and snow.

As someone on the side of “not giving up yet” on Henderson, I cringed when I read this. 
 

If his play doesn’t improve, I agree with not picking up his 5th year. It’s a damn shame because physically he’s a stud, but you can’t get by forever on projection.
