It’s all in how they lost is the issue; which most commentators mentioned pregame would determine if the loser makes the playoffs.
 

Assuming no tomfoolery, and who should win, wins it’ll be UGA, Michigan, TCU, USC. OSU only gets in if there are some upsets; and me thinks that upset is Notre Dame at USC.

Well a USC conf champion gets in over OSU.  Just my opinion 

I mean Ohio St was blown out at home

USC has been in tight games and won, that’s what good teams do. They win. OSU won some close games as well. 
 

The issue with the Michigan loose is the way in which it happened; had it ended in the 3rd quarter I would say OSU would have a chance to make the playoffs.
 

But the forth quarter; when Michigan re-enacted the scene from Temple of Doom where that dude gets his heart ripped out in the cage and it starts to burn as the caged is lowered into the lava does not bode well for OSU.

I've seen a couple of promising young qb's this weekend. Some of these wonderboys didn't look so hot this weekend either.

 I kept telling folks to let it play out. The games are getting harder as the championships approach.  You will see who handles the pressure in the end.

      Lions were never going Freeling over Miller for the same reason we wouldn't have taken Miller had Freeling not been on the board. Miller is a career RT Lions have a hole at RT, we have a hole at LT. If we took Miller, it would have been for him to backup Moton until he retires and/or we release him, so the best case scenario is it would have been a wasted 1st round pick for at least 1, if not 2 years.  At least Freeling has a shot at playing this year without injury ahead of him, he absolutely can win the LT job if he earns it, but Miller would have never supplanted Moton this year unless he got hurt.

      What up y’all. I like threads like this where we can stroll down memory lane. I remember the insane amount of site traffic pre-crash when we signed Keyshawn Johnson, 06 I believe. Raging about the Cowboys Christmas Eve loss in 05 (Peppers touched that FG attempt as sure as Cotchery caught it). When I found the huddle I basically had a first born baby, now I’ve got one in college and one in high school. Life comes at you fast, but the Panthers and the Huddle has been a steady constant in my life for many years.  Those who have been here, y’all are cool with me any time any where.    Cheers, genitals!

      This is a weird post since it wasn’t like we got A’s across the board. We needed a QB and got a consensus top 2 player at that position. (I was pretty vocal that Stroud should’ve been the guy but…)  I think this draft we generally got better value. I’m not particularly optimistic on BY but another year in this offense playing with TMac he really needs to be a consistently average QB at a minimum
