Like I’m not hating on her personally, and I’m one of the few people here who generally is pretty bullish on Tepper. I just want to know how she is qualified to make a major hire like this. The way this info was presented to us, we have a damn good reason to be concerned.

Yeah I would just argue that sitting in on the interview is just valuable experience I'd prefer the second in line for owning my team to get.

The best way to get experience is to be involved.

Lol she's not his son or daughter.

She didn't help him build his empire.

He thinks high enough of her to give her a position over Tepper Sports. If she wants to sit and learn the business vs collecting a check then good for her. I will let him run his business and you stick to worshipping Darnold and talking about ball punching OL.

      FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.

      That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?

      Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
