Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a second as well, especially with Payton likely being out and his interview being good. 

I think it's pretty much down to the grouping of experienced HC's.

To be fair, we don't know for certain that Payton is out.

The Panthers seem to be keeping a pretty tight lid on things.

Gun to my head, it's coming down to Reich or Wilks.

And after this month long process of trying to find out who the HC is, I'll be content with whoever they choose, because it will be obvious that that person has a plan/good idea for a staff in mind.  

I'd probably prefer Reich just because I want to finally break the streak of overly conservative, defensive head coaches. 

Very curious to see what happens and also to hear some of the behind the scenes rumors as to why we didn't prefer some of the other available options.

Agreed. Wilks as HC/Reich as OC would work, but not the other way around.
