Who among us actually believes we'll draft Levis

This is your chance to put it down! Since I'm debating with Scot as to whether or not we'll draft Levis. I say no way in hell, and I'm confident that most others will say the same.

Do I believe he's an option though? Yep. Besides the prior reports that Tepper and the front office like him, Dane Brugler mentioned that Reich really liked Levis as well.

All that said, there's a lot of work to be done between now and Draft Day.

Side Note: Is this really that important to you?

Absolutely no chance. The only reason to move up as high as we did is to make sure you get one of the top 2. Any other talk about it being a strong class with all the prospects having strong traits or whatever is just talk for the crowd. It will 100% be either Young or Stroud.

Trading the farm for someone you could’ve gotten without trading up would be the Tepperest move to ever Tepper. 

Is it the ideal move? No, and it’s not even remotely wise. But it’s very much in play because it’s unpredictable, and he loves to be in the headlines while catching people by surprise.

Finishing with the worst record without getting the No. 1 overall pick would create plenty of buzz. That’s what you’re getting if you did all that for the fifth-best quarterback, a guy who ideally goes about 17th.

Stroud I could see. Young? Maybe but the concerns about his size are reportedly quite real.

I expect us to "dig deeper" on all of them, though.

I think we will draft Stroud or Young with the pick, but if we are swinging for the fences with a raw high upside pick, then I could see us drafting Richardson in the hopes he’s Cam Newton 2.0.

Yeah, we'll invite them all in to keep up appearances, because after all smoke screens and strategy are a real thing, but like I said in the other thread, "most of us know the deal."

What I "know" is that the people who have genuine access to the team know more about what's going on than you do, "human nature" knowledge notwithstanding.

But again, why does it matter this much to you anyway?
