I love how much Scott has grown in his role as a GM. He was so nervous and anxious when he first was hired and now he comes across calm and confident. He will do amazing things

I think what makes a big difference here is the addition of Frank Reich.

The combo always trumps the individual, and anyone who's ever had to deal with an incompetent co-worker knows just how hard that can be. Pretty sure Fitterer's majorly relieved to be free from Matt Rhule.

Best of all though, I'd say Reich and Fitterer could potentially fit together very well.

Scott screwed up. At the 1:30 mark he was asked about bulking up BY and he said ‘we’ll work with him in that….”

    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
    • At least we have Mike Kay and his little buddy sidekick whoever to put you to sleep when suffering from insomnia. They're all useless unfortunately.
