So because I think Caleb is better than Maye that means im not a diehard UNC fan?

You put a Duke QB in the same sentence as Maye simply because he scrambled and ran well yesterday while having frankly a weak game as a passer.  Probably that.

That's what makes me unique. I don't fit in with others. I call it like I see it.

I get you're Carolina through and through but other people outside of Carolina have eyes. They see Caleb as the best QB in college football. It's okay for Maye to be the 2nd best QB.

Go Heels!

Being a hype train guy is the opposite of being unique.

I've spent several pages now defending Dabo and Clemson against ridiculous accusations by you and others but don't mind me, I'm just Carolina through and through. 😂

I’m interested to see Maye with his two top wide outs.

Tez Walker is a league guy, he had 11 TD’s in 12 games last year and nearly 1,000 receiving yards. At 6-3, Maye can just toss up the ball in his general direction and Walker will come down with it.

Then you have Nate McCollum who is Josh Downs lite. He put up 650 receiving yards in a triple option offense at Georgia Tech. There’s a decent chance he goes over 1,000 receiving yards for the year if he suits up starting this weekend. It’s all been reported that he runs a 4.41 40, the kid can fly.

What superstars have came from NC in the last 10 years?

SC off the top of my head has produced Deandre Hopkins/Clowney/Stephon Gilmore/Deebo Samuel just to name a few.

Until recently, Clemson along with the Gamecock’s have had a lot of success recruiting in NC. There’s more people in NC so there’s going to be more talent, primarily at the 3 and 4 star level.

Keenan Allen, Melvin Ingram, Alim McNeil, Landon Dickerson, Dexter Lawrence, Javon Hargrave, Jaire Alexander, Ikem Ekwonu.

Not all are superstars but very solid players.

Yeah, I'm a total homer. 😂

The homers say I'm nothing but a fairweather fan.

If your boy Caleb tries to hold the ball for four seconds in the NFL it's not gonna go well.

In my 14 years here, I’ve never seen a guy try so hard at trolling and fail miserably.

Lots of games tomorrow. #3 Bama vs. #11 Texas the most high profile game in the docket. I really don't think Ewers will hold off Manning all year, but I'm not sure they'll yank Ewers to throw Manning to the wolves against Alabama. Ewers just has not looked good thusfar into his college career. Wasn't he the #1 QB recruit in his class? Still waiting on him to look like a 5* guy.

They also have Maalik Murphy who resembles Cam.  Guy is huge with a cannon arm.  Texas is loaded at QB

    • With the contract money an OT first rounder makes you can ALWAYS get a new girlfriend.  And probably an upgrade at that.  You only got 2 parents.
    • Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.
    • Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
