I Officially Hate The Vikings

Favre shouldn't have thrown that pass but his receivers/RBs also fumbled inside the red zone twice and 4 times overall. Peterson sucked....

The Saints are lucky that the Vikings decided to give them the game and that the refs decided they should have a bigger role than the players...what a freaking joke.

It was a team failure. You can point out several (and I mean several) crucial turnovers, penalties, bad calls, etc. etc. but when it's all said and done, turnovers were committed by several different players, some of those that committed them also contributed a lot (Favre, Shiancoe [sp]), and you can never count on penalties to go your way (nor spots).

It's not all on Favre obviously his Receivers and Backs deserve a good (fairly large) percent of the blame.

But the Vikings were in position to win the game, but Childress pussyfooted his way to overtime, the play-calling was terribly conservative, and the 12 man huddle penalty pretty much summed up the Game, Stupid+Stupid=More Stupid.

If anyone deserves the Blame in the end it's Childress, for actually settling to go into overtime against the Saints, in New Orleans, Against that Offense.

He can run the score on Dallas, but Puss out and get's conservative against the Saints.

Now I understand why Viking Fans wanted his ass gone, Get's Favre and his best ever season but still underachieves.

Brett Favre is a selfish douchebag. This is why I hope the Saints D-Line forces him into retirement this weekend. Favre can eat a dick and so can Jared Allen and his ghey sack dance he does. Same with AP who is looked at as the second coming of Jim Brown by most talking heads despite his 3.0 YPC average.

That's why I have unfortunately become a temporary Indianapolis Peytons fan for this particular postseason.

It's getting closer. HAHAHAHA

Buh-bye Brett. Please stay gone this time!

The Saints played like crap. Bad play calling by SP and Bress over throwing everybody. The refs had a higher passing rate with all the flags they were throwing at the saints. Yet the Saints still pulled it off. Even on a bad day they can win the NFC Championship.

    • https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/versatile-2nd-db-named-panthers-154026075.html Smith-Wade's ability to play corner, nickel and safety makes him valuable to a young defense trying to rebuild after finishing last in the NFL a year ago. "Chau took advantage of an opportunity,'' coach Dave Canales said. "He made tackles. He had an opportunity on an interception, and he made it.'' Our defense has got to come alive for us to have a chance of winning our Division!
    • lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.
