Yeah and Penix has only been successful throwing dink and dunks to the perimeter tonight.

That 4th down overthrow we just saw has been the story so far.  When he's taken deep shots they've been off.

That probably locked in the blowout. A decent throw and that's a TD. You're looking at a 17-10 game and you're right back in it. But sail it wide and now you're giving Michigan the ball at midfield and you're probably down three scores the next time you see the ball.

Look at the difference in the throwing velocity of these two QBs. One guy can throw a frozen rope and the other has to lob floaters.
