I am usually pretty optimistic, but the reality is that last year was almost dead on Chark's career average for a season.  I doubt very much he will ever come close to double his output again - he will be on his 4th team in 7 years.  Pretty much know what you have there.

Buffalo has some cap issues and it was a good time to pick up a solid role player.  Above average PFF score, fwiw.

This is starter money--he is 27.  He will start opposite Horn.  We still need depth.

I don't think we are at the point where we can limit what positions we need. I would still go bpa in rounds 2 and 3 at least.
