lol this thread may be going into Week 2 at this rate; but if he's healthy and on a friendly contract I'm all for having him. We don't have much reason to be picky at DB as far as I can tell

 A lot of these vets dont want to deal with the grind of everything a full season brings. They would rather wait and sign to a team that could really use the help.

Dan should just look at other options, including future cuts.

I hope he is here. He is good enough and earned the right to miss camp grind. I wonder how it plays out, there must be a contender trying to get him too.

NFL players don't care about playoffs when joining a team. It's 90% most money, 10% best fit/playing time
