Considering he benched all the starters for the pre season you are really jumping the gun here, not to mention he's far from the only coach to do that or show nothing but basic plays in the pre season......

Yeah but our offense looks like poo against the other team’s backups. I mean they look horrible.  Other teams backups tend to move the ball and we can’t. Maybe Plummer is that bad, in fact he is that bad. But nothing screams winner to me right now.
