just for the record, the defend everything guys.....were calling this fairly obvious fact a conspiracy theory.  Canales was hiding his starting O because it wasn't good enough to put on the field yet.

Seems like the noise, plus the Bills confirming ahead of him they wouldn't be playing there starters...that he is going to trot them out finally.  I still don't expect to really see them take real reps.  Risk is too high for Canales.  If those backups handle our starting O, that's a nightmare for Canales going in.

They're practice games dude. There's nothing to hide from.

In the end everyone is upset because they listened to Joe Person and then went on a two week 24/7 tirade against something that wasn't a thing.

Yes the hiding comments are hilarious. Hiding from what? The huddle? Mean takes on twitter?

Getting 60 reps for the starters vs. Jets is particular game situations you choose is way more beneficial than the pre season games.

I don’t care about the actual game.  Patrick Mahomes isn’t playing for KC to win a game.  It’s about preparation for a season.  It’s about being ready.  And for bad players it’s about taking the best reps that exist heading into a season to be less bad.

QBs can’t be touched. That singular aspect alters the reps.  Pass rush isn’t a pass rush.  Plays that can’t happen do happen.

for the OL and QB….the nuts and bolts….preseason reps are better.  Which is why teams play them going in to makes sure they are ready.

If you played like crap your rookie season, with everyone calling you a bust, a good player would put in the work to get better and would be motivated to prove them wrong

So how did Bryce React ??, by just chilling and playing Fortnight

Dude won't be on a football roster this time next season , but he is getting the pre-season treatment of prime Tom Brady , even though he has the most to prove out of anyone

I can see your side if it, no doubt. But thinking the team is hiding the offense because they are afraid of something I can’t see.

Looks like Anthony Richardson had 5 drives tonight.  Think Bryce needs about that amount pending the first couple aren’t scoring drives

I’d be ok with that. It also looks like AR had a bad joint practice (even though he can’t be touched) so that might have been reason for the extra reps.

Huddle has not disappointed.

You just have to chortle at the effort of the usuals.

If some of you had your way this place would be nothing more than a circle of a few posters just repeating "Panthers r good mhmm".

Discourse both positive and negative will exist and continue to exist for every single damn fanbase until football for whatever reason eventually stops being a thing.

Please find something else to complain about.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
