Hell, plenty of us expected Hubbard to be let go a couple of offseasons ago (and it was a reasonable take at the time).

He's grown, developed, and really proven himself.

They technically didn't pay some extreme amount for him. You make it sound like they are paying him top RB in the league. fug man, even Payton, or Emmit Smith or even Barry Sanders has fumbled. If it happens weekly then we have a problem.
