And now you're constantly trying to get rid of that while he's 23 and showing regular improvement sooo... you're making the exact opposite of the point you think you are, by quoting their best statistical seasons that came years later.  It could easily be interpreted to say surrounding cast, scheme, and development time are needed and that qbs can actually improve over time.

That's the thing, there is no reason to make that decision now because they don't have to consider 5th year option right now.
