I feel bad for Lamar there. That was a perfect last drive and his TE just dropped it.

Good recovery from earlier in the game, but those turnovers still proved costly. Playoff football is so much more about just playing good solid football and not making mistakes. Lamar and Andrews simply made too many.

Josh Allen should be winning MVP this year IMO

Absolutely

Lamar's stats gave him a better season, but take Lamar off that team and Henry, the other offensive weapons, and defense still have them competitive with an average QB.  Take Allen off the Bills and replace him with that same average QB and they're not making the playoffs.

Most Valuable Player, not who had the best season

IMO, there should be two MVP awards, one for qb, and one for other players.

There basically is these days.

MVP is the best QB while Offensive Player has turned into the best non QB award, which is going to be the case again this year.  Allen or Lamar will win MVP while I'd have to imagine Offensive Player is going to be Barkley or Chase.  Barkely seems like he's the clear choice with going over 2k, but Chase winning the triple crown by such a wide margin is equally as impressive to me.

The Bill could certainly win.  They have a better chance than any other AFC team of beating the Chiefs.

But the Chiefs defense is dominant, and they are playing in KC.

It'll come down to how much the refs help out KC

    • You must be one of these "one move away guys."
    • ESPN has a whole is just hot takes and the dumbest takes possible. That is why it sucks so badly. They intentionally drag everything down to a lightspeed retarded level so that it is unwatchable. No jounalism, no nuance, no in depth analysis....just idiot after idiot blabbering/shouting about some hot button issue that they really have no real strong opinions about until the camera is rolling.
    • Young is the overwhelming priority. We have ample time on them and it's far easier to pivot at WR than QB. Remember that 2026 is year 4 for Bryce. That is 5th year option decision time and also the prime time to attempt to regain resources if a pivot is made. The odds of gaining any assets in a trade afterwards plumment very rapidly(all this depending on performance, obviously). At the end of that cycle, now we are likely in a $45+ million territory for him to remain.  So that decision trumps all others by a mile when it comes to personnel.
