"Seems" is the operative word there.

I have a lot of hope for Gettis, but then I did for Carter, as well. I think much of this board has been too quick to annoint him our next No. 2 receiver.

I do think he's the best receiver we've got behind Smitty right now -- but a No. 2 receiver on the Panthers is more like a No. 4 receiver elsewhere this year.
