I like the run first offense with play action passes offense we run now. I wouldn't really change it, I would just take more of a proactive, rather than reactive approach. Ny core belief is that you have to keep the opposition guessing and on their toes.

Smith would become a slot receiver with Gettis and someone else as the X and Y WR's. More screens and end arounds to utilize the speed we have with Gettis, Goodson, Clowney, Smith and AE.

We'd still run the ball, but not as predictably as now.

Audibles would be a big thing, once the D commits and extra man to the run we switch to a quick pass.

Most exciting O? Nope, but I think it would be effective and keep more exciting O's off the field.

1. Call plays that actually make sense on offense. Get more creative on offense.

2. Light a fire under my players. Bench guys that are half assing it.

You forgot "Get the TE's more involved in the passing game, using a strong formation '64 Out' to gain separation in the middle behind the Mike on zone D plays." (Hell, it always worked on Tecmobowl.... )
