Delhome's decline really began in 2008. He wasn't stellar in 06 forcing the issue like he did in 09.

03 to 05 were very good years for him we got to two nfc championships in that span.

Jake was decent all the way up until he blew his arm out in 07. He was off to a great start in 07. Once he had the surgery......he was finished. No QB has successfullly comeback from that. Carolina should have made a move then.
