I do NOT think this guy will end up being OC, but he could end up coaching here under some capacity. Gantt retweeted this story:

Sources told FOXSports.com that former CFL assistant coach and head coach Mike Kelly is on Rivera’s list of possible assistant coach hires. It’s believed that Kelly is being considered for a job as an assistant on the offensive side of the ball.

He does have a lot of history but his only jobs in the NFL are listed above. I wonder what position he would be offered?

This guy has a lot of football history, which reminds me of when Rivera said he wanted us to get guys that can teach the players. I don't think he will be a offensive position coach. Sounds like a under the radar guy with lots of experience which is what we need. I am thinking offensive coordinator assistant or maybe Offensive Quality Control?
