Pick 5 starting positions you would like to see someone replace who we had in 2010

1. Quarterback - it all falls apart without one.

2. Defensive Tackle - this defense would be sooooo legit with some interior presence against the run and the pass.

3. Tight End - Rivera wants a legit TE and unless Rosario shows something big we will need a new one.

4. Defensive Tackle - we're 5 deep with crap. I like Landri too but he's the best of a bad situation.

5. Offensive Guard - Guard play was turrible this year. I think we could get by with Bernadeau/Schwartz especially with Otah back, but at the minimum we need some competition.

1. QB: Veteran, NOT through high draft pick. We have a project and if there is a lockout, I would rather have Luck than Gabbert or anyone else. But lockout aside, we need a veteran to lead the team. Not another rookie.

2. DT: Don't really want Fairley overall, but we desperately need help there and he would be my third choice, behind PP and Bowers. I consider this our biggest position of need.

3. FS/CB: I want more depth in the secondary in a division with Brees, Ryan, and the noteable Josh Freeman. I say FS or CB because if I could only pick 5 positions I would want 4 and 5 to be...

4. O-line: Unlike many on this forum, I think we have a very good O-line when healthy, but we need a little more depth *ccough cough, Otah, cough*

5. TE: With the new staff in place we will actually use our TEs. I like the guys we have, but lets try not to be homers and face the facts. None of our guys are really anything above average.

Are you on acid? Why MLB? Why OLB? Why LB in general? And why on earth C? We have a Pro Bowler (or Pro Bowl play) at each of those positions.

Your crazy.

Beason isn't that good bro. Conner showed that and even he is a mediocre talent with above avergage intangibles. TD is made of glass and Anderson succeeded because of the scheme.

Kalil is ass. He's just the creme of the crap that is our offensive line. Deangelo turns 28 in April. That will be like losing 3 speed rating points in madden. We need to trade that dude because he's not effective anymore.

Stewart is a bowling ball that can't stay healthy. Even though he's never missed a game he can't stay healthy. Goodson's hands look like they're covered in baby oil, dude is useless. I'd seriously consider bringing in Herschel Walker.

We need to trade our 1st pick to PHilly for Vick and lock Jimmy Clausen up to an extension. Select the best RB on the board by our pick.

Seriously bro learn the game

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
