Need Chatfield back. But that alone won’t win the game if Canes mishandle pucks like in this game.

absolutely. I'll choose to believe we were just knocking the rust off. It felt like we were in their zone most of the game.

Eeh the game did suck, but honestly dude no point in arguing with him or the other dudes who dont actually understand hockey.

The classic, I don't have to credit there opinion because I'm smarter than them

I don't understand hockey ?, when you are blaming a powerplay goal on the guy in the box and not the PK, for the goal, yeah he got the penalty, but he didn't allow the shot to be shot, or allow the puck to go in

We had powerplays also ?, did we automatically score on the goalie you said wasn't has good this year ?

At least im not the worst type like you the uniformed blow hard who loves misery and doesn't understand the sport, which if you have actually been a day one fan its pretty awful that you've barely learned more than the rednecks asking what "icing" is.

I understand the sport completely. But anything I say on here you will ignore and say I either looked it up or I am lying. So it is complete pointless to argue with a gatekeeping fan like yourself.

Congrats you are worse than a reddit mod, loser.

Yea kind of a mirror match.  Both teams play a similar forechecking style.  We can’t make mistakes in our own end.  That’s how we make other teams lose.

Dominated the dot controlled possession more, equalled in hits...  Marrow and a couple of inexcusable unforced errors did us in.

With all the bad , it's just game 1, and 1 game does not a series make

We can still change the story

But if Game 2 is a repeat of tonight, it won't be looking good, but hey, let's not panic yet

Sorry for drawing the connection with you to the constant only show up to make generalized emotional dooom statements FMLPANTTHERSFAN

    • Do you see the vision?  As of now our Carolina Panthers don’t have an identity. We are not an offensive powerhouse and on defense we only started getting it together towards the end of the year last year. In my opinion we are much closer to having an incredible defense that scares the daylights out of people. I say the answer is simple and we fully commit to that possible identity.    Emmanuel McNeil Warren (E man)  This guy is like a shark lurking around ready to attack anyone. Fearless. He is easily a top 20 talent in my eyes, and the only reason he isn’t more talked about is because he’s from Toledo. Do your due diligence as panther fans and watch his tape I beg you. Once you’re done watching let me ask you this, if you dropped E - Man into the strong safety spot on the Buckeyes, he isn’t being talked about as one of the best prospects we’ve seen in some time given the skill set you see with this guy? I think so. Put his name on the card and turn it in at 19.    Jacob Rodriguez  High effort, High energy, High IQ guy that flies around the field. We all know Jacob at this point. My only concern is he’s a little bit too good and I’m not sure he makes it to us at our pick in the second. With the additions of Jacob and E- Man I think our defense goes to top 5 in the league. We would have a duo of linebackers that rival anything we’ve had in our past. I’m not a GM so I don’t know what the possible answer could be, but if there’s a way we can comfortably trade up in the second to secure this guy I think we find a way to do it.    Spend the rest of our picks fixing the O - line.    Thoughts Panthers fans? Who’s the ideal duo for yall?
    • OL is arguably much more important to the success of a young QB. (Or any QB)
    • Didn’t get around to watching this one but looks like Pistons played their starters and actually tried…? Unlucky that they sit vs Magic, etc and try vs us. Hopefully we can beat the Heat and then Magic or 6ers with no Embiid. BUT if not, the NBA really should give us the lottery win this year like they did Mavs last year. Another high pick could be our final missing piece and have us as legit top contenders next year and going forward if we’re healthy. Or trade it for a Giannis type
