Fifty five.

And he still had less yards per attempt than Kyler Murray and only 108 more yards on 30 more attempts. 30 more attempts.

-Basically, Derrick Brown was our highest graded player.  Bryce actually got a low 50ish grade (they even admitted Panther Fans prolly would say it should be lower)

-Our whole team sucks and our offensive scheme sucks.  They believe Bryce is extremely limited and short QB and Canales isn't doing him any favors.  Defenses have figured out Bryce and Canales.

Not a whole lot you can do with Bryce at QB. 

 

Can't roll him out every snap and he's got to have passing lanes if in the pocket. If you guard the boundary well, you'll get multiple picks from him forcing him over the middle of the field into the intermediate and deep areas.

      Yeah I agree. I believed in Sam too. Through all the turmoil and change Darnold was the only quarterback we have had with the size, physical tools and scrambling ability to be effective. (excluding Cam for obvious reasons) You could see more good than bad and  he showcased enough in his decision making and ball placement to allow him to develop. We just had the wrong coaching staff and front office.  Tepper and Fitz really screwed up things.

      I know Wilks was not the answer but for you to rate the former defensive backs coach that was handed the head coach position without an offseason or real choice of offensive play caller is really short sighted. To think any coach could have done a better job with the hand he was dealt at mid-season is quite interesting. He relied on the two stable elements we had at the time, which were a decent defense and run game

      Is it not common to wait with the announcement when the new HC is a DC or OC from one of the SB teams? Typically 2 days after super Bowl?   So, if nothing happens within a few days, there is one clear candidate that they want and Evero stays here.
