Is Mike Jack already the 2nd best trade in Panthers history?

We didn't trade for Greene?  I don't think we traded for Lathon either, but I don't remember him as much.

I cannot remember back that far. The history of the team goes back further than Greg Olsen. But the history has not been all that good either so wtfk.

If we aren't talking actual trades, Delhomme should get a mention.

Led us to our first Super Bowl and has become a staple in our history.  I always love when he is in the booth announcing.

I was going off trades, though.

Kevin Greene left the Panthers after he lost at the WCW pay per view.  Mongo McMichael betrayed him and Debra cut a promo on how the Panthers sucked.

Lmao he left because the team didn’t want him wrestling and playing football at the same time which you know fair.

I’m positive I watched slamboree in 1997.

Biggest Baker mistake was just not letting him have the team from the jump and a real shot.

he didn’t get reps to be the dude.  He was second fiddle to Sam.  They freaking had him playing scout team DE one week……and we are puzzled why it didn't work lol

I mean Neither guy is doing too bad, Baker finally became what the Browns made him a #1 pick for, and Darnold is doing well with a second strait team....

Both threw 30+ TDs last year and both have a passer rating over 100 so far this year.

I love watching the old games with Jake.  He was the true leader of the offense, and players played better because hebwas on the field.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
