When, not if the Panthers lose to the Jets the entire coaching staff will be on notice.

You mean the Steve Wilks revenge game where his defense will smother us to where he gets everyone fired.

Pretty much. The Jets are our only competition for the first overall pick. I would prefer us not having the number 1 pick due to our incompetent front office but that is another matter.

The Saints certainly have a role in it as well. But yes, if we can't provide Miami with their 1st win, don't give up hope that we can't gift the Jets with their 1st win this year.

I think Miami has enough offense to beat our defense. Our offense is not beating anyone without their help (see Atlanta)

Every team in the league has a kicker good from 60 these days they say obviously having missed Fitz barely make it to the endzone on a 55 yard attempt yesterday (that would've been wide right even if it had been long enough).

We always downgrade at K. It's a Panthers tradition.

    • Just checking all the threads going on: We hate Tepper We hate Canales Tepper has been way too involved with football operation Tepper fires way way way too many coaches But we've also noticed that Tepper has been comparatively quiet last season and this season thus far (at least, publicly) with regards to football stuff. Maybe he's turned a page and letting the Football people do their thing? We want Tepper to fire Canales We can't be angry about Tepper firing coaches every 12 months AND saying that he needs to fire Canales in the same breath We can only choose one: which do we pick?
    • Nadeau must make this team.  Dude is a stud.
    • Bryce has been discussed so much it feels like shouting into a storm at this point but the bottom line is Bryce is not physically gifted enough to be a difference making QB (i.e. Allen, Lamar, Mahomes, etc). His best possible outcome is a high level game manager (Brock Purdy esque and yes Brock can make some throws Bryce can't) If Bryce does not have elite talent at the receiver position/o-line and has an average scheme/OC/HC, he will not succeed.  Now ALL of that being said Bryce was part of the problem yesterday but he wasn't the ONLY problem.  It is very reasonable to argue that because QB is the most important position on the field that Bryce is our number one problem rn. But the coaching is also a huge issue. This team is largely average to below average in terms of talent at nearly every position. I see three Pro Bowl caliber players on this roster right now, which simply put is not good enough.    You want to improve this roster? I don't disagree QB could be upgraded, but in addition to that I believe we also need a new HC as well then and need a major injection of talent across the roster. Very, very hard to do all of that in one offseason
