Jets D seems to be real and their strength.

The O missing Wilson with Fields looking worse than BY, I mean they are bad.

It’s time for the Panthers to get a road win, jets can trap some other team in the coming weeks....

Jets do have a top 5 rushing offense.  Think both teams will have mirror image goals and game plans.

The Jets were one dimensional before losing Garrett Wilson. Their strength at rushing matches up poorly on paper against our strength on D, at least the last couple of weeks.

I've been around too long to be certain of an outcome but it's certainly a game we should win.

Catching Cowboys without CeeDee, now Jets without Garrett Wilson. Feels weird to catch such breaks with how bad our luck has been.

I mean Panthers are missing-

MLB starter

C starter

RG Starter

RG 2nd string

TE starter

WR #2-4 Coker

OLB starters DJ and Pat missed games.(now Pat is out for the year.)

RT Motown missed one game.

DT starter big money off-season Turk missed 4 games

LT Icky the first game of the year

XL missed a couple games

Arob missed one game

Hubbard missed 2 games

CSW missed two games

That's not including the backups...

That’s what I thought too. Maybe I interpreted it wrong. I was considering maybe taking a last minute trip but I think I’ll pass

Brother, things change fast these days and even some of the old stuff that never changed, wake up the next day and a 50 year tradition is over/moved/switch/etc.

I member the Jets fans use to love the famous "fireman" Fan, then they hated him for years and he came back and now loved again.

I know us Panther fans and 7 years of bad football, those poor Jets have decades of pure suckage and they marined right thought those years.

Maybe they had enough. I know the owner Woody is on many peoples poo-list.

I mean Panthers are always hurt the last few years. It's expected. Just was saying nice for back to back week we go against a team missing their biggest threat. Panthers missing games is the norm here. The run defense from the last 2 weeks shows up and I'd feel great. Just hope can get most these guys back for the Bills game.

This won't be a trap game for them. I worry more for the next time we face Atlanta.

That's a death trap game if we aren't careful.

I think nearly the whole team circled that game as soon as the plane landed...... Panthers will get their best effort and memes aside, that will be one tough challenge. No chance at a 30-0 repeat.... flukes do happened... I don't know if that was one, but timing wise they caught falcons at a vulnerable time frame that happened to be on Sunday..... They were the team to upset the Panthers perfect record too...

    • We could quibble about was that an answer to what I asked but I  don’t see it as being one. Look, he agreed to this Evero thing. Up front. Apparently anyway. Took the job with those conditions in place. I buy that and will work off of it.  This play calling issue isn’t the same thing. I am not in the mood to delve into Canales’ shortcomings and get out the pitchforks at the moment. I will abstain from that topic and stick to the quandary the dissenters who want to usurp his play calling power, find themselves in. As far as that goes I am still on the fence and think the play calling is Bryce centric and the play selection/playbook is affected. That does not mean I know that if the playbook was open he would be great play caller. Just that he is hampered right now.  Inserting an OC not of Canales’ approval changes the original parameters of the assumed agreement.  Unless you think Tepper placed a contractual prescription to allow Tepper to dictate that he can insert a play caller of his choosing after a time period if he is not satisfied with Canales’ work.  Which, do you really think that is in play?  I do not.    Unless it is, Canales has the option to yea or nay. As I said, it could be forced on him. But they only do that if they want him out.  And as of now his stock is up, I would have to say I don’t own any but I think it is up. He had the stadium rocking, the team in the playoffs, and has that sorry lil draft pick trending upward. Even at this very low rate.  I think he has ‘hand’ right now as they say on Seinfeld. This is something that may get play in the 2026 season, not now. IMO.
    • Canes now have 19 losses on the year. Here is the truly alarming stat. 13 of those were multiple goal loses. 9 of those were 3 goal plus losses. This team is getting blown out more than any other year under Rod.     why?  Blue line is a total mess. It’s just no good with their combinations.  It pains me to say this, but they were mikes better with Burns and Orlov. They need Slavin so bad.  Health.  Size. The team is too small and has no physical play. Most forwards do not forecheck.  Worst under Rod.  Goalie play. Pretty average to sub par. PK is downright bad. It’s allowing a little over a goal a game. Worst under Rod.    Team will not win a playoff round under its current group of players. It’s not constructed to do so against heavy teams.      solutions.  Must get physical size by the trade deadline. Rod and Tulsky know this. That probably has to come with the 2C.  KKs size but a better scorer and meaner.  The need another physical winger.  Goalie. Either go all in on a top guy on a bad team or get average. Lastly, better defense. Need a Right shot heavy defenseman.  Yes that could mean someone’s favorite dman could sit. Looking at you Boom.    thats 3-4 new guys that must be brought in for them to have a chance at a cup.  And it’s all players that are different and better than what they have.  They have the cap. KK is gone. Add 4 mill back.    And then hope it’s jells unlike Mikko.
