I'll do both good and bad.

Good

Plays very well off schedule

can make plays happen with his feet when needed

Pretty good out of pocket on throws when he remembers his feet

Meh

Average athleticism

Average to below average arm talent

Bad

Size / frame

Footwork and mechanics (this is really his biggest flaw that's fixable)

This sums it up perfectly IMO

I might argue about how fixable his mechanics are. Since it is year three and he has still not internalized the corrections. It isn’t easy to fix the degree of wack he has displayed.

Bryce Young is a game manager who.lets his team do the work and gets them the ball. He also.makes players around him better. Much like a point guard who distributes the ball. And at 4-3 it seems to be working. Let's ride this train and see how it goes.

I think they have gotten better in structure.  This of post benching Bryce last year stepping up in the pocket and planting his feet.  You see less jump passes and tip toes than you did.  He panics and loses his fundamentals but this unfortunately can only be fixed with more experience.  Still has a ways to go in that department.

Not the point guard poo again.  And we gave up a fugload for a game manager

Bryce Young's bad throw % has been basically off the charts horrible since arriving in the NFL for a starting QB.

2023 - only 1 QB was worse

2024 - just a slight handful were worse

2025 - that 2 week stretch where Rico went wild has temporarily lifted him out of his standard placement which he was in going into those 2 games.  Which was one of the worst in the NFL.

Some people will watch the games and just because he makes a few on target throws they'll convince themselves that means he can be elite. It's just crazy to still be playing these mental gymanastics 30+ starts in. You can't just keep recycling pre-draft talk when you have this much NFL play to look at.

I’ve seen people (not just on here) bring up we are 4-3, but fail to mention the ridiculous cupcake schedule we have had up until this Sunday. They also fail to mention for two of those wins, Rico played out of his mind and carried the offense.

LOLOLOLOL

Y'all got a let the pre-draft talking points go. There's 30+ games of mostly terrible play to look at since.

But by all means keep making excuses for this:

Year 3 - spin away

184 yards game, 61% completion 11 tds 5ints

thats ranks :check notes:  25th in the nfl

And if you can't see the improvement then your are either blind or unwilling to change your already knowing point of view.
