Panthers win and this place is miserable

I mean the Bronco's only won by 1, but no one there is complaining.

Denver scored over 30 points today and I think all of them were put up in the 4th quarter. Bryce could have never orchestrated a comeback like that.

Bo Nix led his team to the playoffs in his rookie season in a division with Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert. He threw 29.TD last season. He had more TDs in his rookie year than Bryce has in almost 2.5 years as a starter.

I'd say Denver fans have reason to feel optimistic about their young QB's potential and the success of the team as a whole. The most important piece of the puzzle is in place there. You can't say the same thing for Carolina.

Yes, but I think any reasonable fan would say Buffalo and Green Bay are a big step up from the Jets and Dolphins. Any given Sunday, there's a reason they play the games, etc etc, but we are about to face stiffer competition, no 2 ways about it.

Yes they are but Buffalo can't stop the run, they give up 5.8ypc, they are 31st in yards before contact. They are literally the worst run Defense outside of Miami that we will face this season.

They also rely on the run game on offense and run the ball 30+ times a game.

Their weakness is the Panthers strength and their strength plays into the Panthers strengths on defense.

They also got beat by Falcons and Patriots the last two weeks.

It's at home.

It's a very winnable game.

Green Bay at Lambeau is a different story since it's up there against a pretty good GB team, but even it doesn't look as difficult as it did back in August.

Dude I love that we won. But you don’t think it’s concerning that we couldn’t pull off a more dominating win against an 0-6 team ?

No.

It was on the road.

They went toe to toe with Denver, Pittsburgh and Tampa who are all leading their divisions.

Jets have a decent defense that plays well and keeps them in games for the most part.

The Jets are in similar situation with the Panthers. They have some talented players on both sides of the ball but they don't have a QB that can lead a strong passing game.

In most weeks they enter an game outmatched at the leagues most important position and that's not a recipe for success in the NFL.

Jets haven’t been blown out by anyone. They just keep losing. They lost to Denver by 2 points on a neutral field last week. We beat them in New York by 7. I’ll take that

Then that’s false confidence.

if your confidence gets built up when you play like about, just because you got a win because the other team was that much more inept than you, then you’re in bigger trouble than you think.

Isn't that how every team wins every game?

We've won 4 times vs 4 different teams. We're over 500. My flag is dusted off and up. The jersey is on. For one week it's not sad being a panthers fan.

Those that wanna be miserable do your thing. I'm gunna enjoy winning no matter who it's against

it was a very unimpressive performance and most realistic fans understand whats ahead of the team now.

Being excited for this would be like people getting hyped over the musicians playing while the titanic sank

Nah. This team would have found a way to lose this game 10/10 times the last few seasons. They closed out a game on a day in which they didn't play their best (offense). They gave up some plays on defense but made plays when it mattered most. They got 6 sacks against one of the worst pass pro units in the NFL and did what they were supposed to. That is improvement from where we were and that is something to be modestly happy about
