We absolutely have to run the ball effectively against a defense that struggles to defend it in order to keep Josh off the field. Unfortunately they have Josh Allen & they are coming off of a bye and suddenly desperate for a win with the Pats cruising. I think Josh Allen goes bananas on us and reignites his MVP talk in this one, they win by two possessions. 31-17 is my guess.

got to keep the Bills O off the field and let Rico get us in the endzone.  The only thing the Bills actually do okay on D is apply pressure in the pass game.  So you can't let them get up (or it could end up lopsided)

Honestly I don’t think we win, the home bubble is burst. Bad bounces, mistakes, penalties at bad times, drops, you know… the let downs take over and we see the bumbling team we have watched for so long re-emerge.

I don’t know if Dalton still has it but the OL probably doesn’t help him.

But I don’t think it would be any different if Bryce was playing. He is totally capable of fuging it up, in his usual ways.

I think Dalton struggles mightily and we miss Bryce sorely. I think the Bills are able to key in on our run game. The split carries will still be an issue and prove to be a problem moving forward.

we have no pass rush and are going against one of the best QB's ever, so that's all that really needs to be said about that.

I'll say 34-12 Bills.

Miss Bryce sorely is possibly the most hilarious statement I have read on the Huddle in quite some time.

I wasn’t going to say it… but someone probably had to. You heinous hater.

This team lives and dies by their RBs. Bryce is being easily replaced with a washed Dalton. LOL

Look, I am not a Bryce hater but we gotta be realistic at this point. He ain't it.

I agree I would pick us to lose regardless of QB situation. However if our defense can magically find a consistent pass rush to keep Allen from picking us apart we may have a chance.

And actually control the ball. The path to success seems fairly clear. Heavy dose of Rico early and often. If that is cooking, pass action passing off of that.

    • Having trouble finding all these articles saying the Raiders withheld information. Here’s the latest from Crosby’s surgeon: ElAttrache told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday morning that Crosby was "doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program." "We truly respect the work of the Ravens' staff with Maxx regarding the contract physical exam. We also understand the challenge the staff faces when tasked to provide a future risk assessment based on an evaluation early in the recovery process," ElAttrache said. "This is especially challenging when dealing with an elite player like Maxx considering the level of commitment necessary for a team to obtain him. The timing of this assessment is unfortunate because the apparent risk will lessen as his recovery progresses and his return to performance over the next few months becomes clear."     So the Ravens excuse is the future risk assessment based on the physical, not that the Raiders withheld information. They found an excuse to save face publicly. They had the right to cancel the trade for no reason at all, but they’re trying to save face with the most acceptable reasoning they can find. I’ve heard and seen the Ravens getting dragged everywhere for this. You know what would be an easy way to put a stop to that if you’re the Ravens and the Raiders were actually the shady ones withholding information? Just come out and say that you were not given all the medical information. But they aren’t saying that. I guess they’re just taking the bullet for the Raiders just because?    Speculation indeed.
    • Two first round picks for a guy with very questionable knees who will be 29 this summer. Yes it is safe to say the Ravens got cold feet.
    • The salary cap is the reason we got Phillips and Lloyd
