He’s certainly not earned it on the field. Playing arm chair psychologist with tepper isn’t very compelling. 

Not to mention, only Lamar played on his 5th year. The other recent drafted QBs with the same team were given an extension around this time during the offseason. Bryce playing on the 5th year is not the likely scenario based on recent history.

That's an insane take. Dude can barely throw 40 yards with his whole body - and he has a lot of body. Is he better technically and reading defenses? Of course he is. He's better than most of the league in that area. He picked up an offense in 2 weeks. Like mastered it. That's because he's already seen and done it all. It's just learning the new language at this point.

Does anybody think Rico kinda saved bryces career?? Because it looked like it was close to another benching until the run game popped off.

His teammates saved his ass that game. Don’t know about career.  I think he had a couple of good throws. 
What he has really done is eliminate the bonehead throws, it is addition by subtraction. 
And finally throwing it downfield. I would like to hear an honest explanation for why that took so long to happen but am not expecting one.

There’s very specific circumstances where the panthers will throw “deep” and one of them is close game in the late third/fourth where the defense is playing run

they also only like to do it from about the opponent 30-20 yard line because Bryce doesn’t have to worry about touch on those throws. Hes just chucking it as far as he can and hoping for the best 

before anyone mentions the Coker throw which was the best throw of his life, they tried a sideline go route to tet earlier in the game that was uncatchable out of bounds. If it hadn’t been, Bryce didn’t see the safety and tet would have been murdered.

they only want him throwing deep against single safety once the run has been established.

Waiting for teams to adjust. Until they do, keep doing it. I like throwing it over their heads.
When they do adjust to defend that maybe the near field defense loosens up.

This....I noticed the same thing. Its very specific and situational with the throws he's making. Its working but it just has so much training wheels vibes behind it. 

Its not a coincidence it's the same go route throw in single high coverage.

They always do it from a running set too. And I guarantee it’s someone in the booth spotting it and calling it down.
